PACK GOAT SOFTWARE LLC operates this website for Pack Goat Software and Pack Goat Stash. This page describes the current website privacy approach and the conservative product privacy direction for Pack Goat Stash.

If you email Pack Goat Software for support or questions, the email address, message content, and related email metadata are handled so we can read, respond to, and keep appropriate records of that conversation.

Website hosting logs

Like most websites, this site may generate ordinary hosting and server logs. Those logs can include technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and basic error information. These logs are used for site reliability, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand basic website traffic and usage, such as pages visited, referring sources, approximate region, device type, and browser type. Pack Goat Software uses this aggregated information to improve the website and understand whether visitors can find the information they need.

Pack Goat Stash product direction

Pack Goat Stash is in development and is not yet available for download. The planned v1 direction is a local/offline-first Mac utility: files and stashes are intended to remain on your Mac, with no cloud account or sync planned for v1.

Because Pack Goat Stash has not been released, this page does not make final claims about telemetry, crash reporting, licensing, payment processing, or update delivery. This privacy page should be reviewed and updated before Pack Goat Stash is released.
